A video tour of the centre of Paris, France

Our visit takes in some of the sights, which you can see on a day visit to the centre of Paris, all within walking distance, or in a short ride on the Metro. Our tour starts with a visit to the Eiffel tower, one of Paris’ most iconic landmarks before moving onto the equally impressive La Defence in the North West of the city. Moving back up the Avenue Charles de Gaulle, the Arc de Triomphe sits at the top of the Champs de Elysees where designer shops and boutiques line the boulevard. Travelling east, we see the Louve with its glass Pyramid before moving back to the Grand Palais. Great views of the Seine are available from the nearby Pont Alexandre 111 Bridge where a riverside market can be found. Walking East along the north side of the river offer many photo opportunities including Pont Neuf and the Cathedral of Notre Dame. Our short visit finishes with the Montmatre area with the Basilique De Sacre Coeur and its pavement cafes and bars. This is the old Artists quarter and definitely the place to pick up your souvenirs and prints. For more information on the hotels available in Paris, please go to www.flexibletrips.com.
